At Core Growth Pivot, we’re dedicated to equipping students with the essential skills they need to thrive in their careers. Our first training at Pratusha Engineering College was an incredible success, and it set a high benchmark for our future programs.

The program started with an initial aptitude check test, followed by targeted training. By the final test, most students had achieved full marks, a testament to the effectiveness of the training. In addition to aptitude skills, we conducted sessions on interview skills, mock interviews, and group discussions, all designed to prepare students for their placements.

The results were outstanding, with many students securing successful placements. The feedback from both the college and the students was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the personal growth they experienced. We are proud of this achievement and look forward to making an even greater impact in the future.
